The CFA-5000 series fully automatic continuous flow analyzer boasts various outstanding advantages such as high measurement sensitivity, sustained, stable, and robust analytical methods for samples to be tested, automatic completion of complex work procedures, a more intuitive operation process, prevention of interference from excessive impurities in samples, and a lower detection limit, among others.
Product Features
• Random XYZ 3D autosampler, configurable with single-needle/double-needle/triple-needle sampling, 200 sample positions, 20 standard sample positions, 2 x 50ml drift positions;
• Built-in independent tubing cleaning pump for automatic cleaning of the sampling needle;
• Special pump structure design, with up to 35 pump tube positions per pump, integrated pressure block, capable of simultaneous analysis of up to 5 parameters;
• Independent air injection pump and miniature electronic air compressor provide bubbles;
• Peristaltic pump speed is adjustable, steplessly variable, and can be adjusted via computer software;
• Main components are made of corrosion-resistant inert quartz glass, with an inner diameter of 2.0 mm;
• Can be equipped with built-in heating pool, distiller, dialyzer, online automatic regeneration cadmium coil reducer, UV digester, high-temperature and high-pressure digester, extraction and other pre-treatment devices, automatically controlled by software;
• Dual-beam colorimetric detector, with 2 detection channels for each parameter, real-time blank correction to eliminate background drift;
• Uses continuous spectrum halogen tungsten lamp or LED light source;
• Independent darkroom shading design, unaffected by stray light and external environmental changes;
• 10/30/50 mm colorimetric cells optional, selected based on test parameters and requirements;
• Uses software to identify bubbles and eliminate their effects, no physical removal required before detection;
• Chinese operating software, permanent upgrades;
