Product Introduction
The fundamentals of Purge and Trap are time proven. By bubbling a purge gas through your sample matrix, the VOCs are removed and collected on an analytical trap. After the purging is complete, the trap is heated and the VOCs are released and delivered to a gas chromatograph for separation and detection. The purge and trap technique is suitable for extracting volatile or semi-volatile organic compounds with a boiling point below 200°C and solubility of less than 2% from liquid or solid samples. It is widely used in food and environmental monitoring, clinical assays, etc.
KEY FEATURES:
Fully automatic system ,you just need one click to complete all samples injection analysis.
Touch screen with rich and complete interface information, easy to operate.
Capable of handling various types of solid and liquid samples such as soil, drinking water, and wastewater
The multi way valve make trap and pipe using independent backflushing system to reducing cross contamination between sample injections.
With independent water and soil needles, samples are prepared independently to avoid cross contamination.
Solid mode support heating and continuously adjustable magnetic bead stirring for purgeing and trapping.
No need to stop the instrument and add new samples, solid and liquid samples mixing together injection.
Automatic leak detection and fault alarm function.
The arm of the sampling system moves smoothly and accurately, with low noise.
The sampling system grabs the head of the vials firmly and stably, which making it convenient to heat the bottom of vials after be placed in cups.
Method parameter setting, real-time display of working status.
All temperature control devices can be individually controlled
All methods can be editing, storing and calling at any time.
Press the run button to automatically complete sample analysis.
Start GC/GCMS synchronously or started by GC/GCMS, that could be improving efficiency and reducing sample waste.
Inert pipeline used in the entire process, reducing pollution residue.
The connection between the valve and pipeline is located in the heating box, without cold points, which be ensuring the integrity of the sample.
The low-temperature water management system removes water vapor to reduce the impact GC/GCMS.
Automatically add internal standard into samples.
Automatically generate calibration curves.
Methanol Extraction Method: High-level solid samples can be automatically extracted via Methanol and diluted prior to transfer to the sparger for analysis.
Foam Sensor and Eliminator for foaming sample types can protect the instrument.
Sparge vessel heater can improve the detection limit.
Note: Some features are optional
